Members will enjoy the following:

We have 5 bedrooms (2 have queen size beds, 2 will have full size and 1 will have 2 sets of bunk beds) with 4 full bathrooms. The house is approx 2,000 square feet on Grand Cay and just 5 miles from Walkers Cay - a port of entry. The northern end of the Bahamas is still unspoiled and only a 100 miles away from the Treasure Coast and Palm Beaches of Florida. The Point House has it's own privet dock with room for 4 or 5 boats in the 30ft range.

There are only a few openings left left for this house.

We are in the process of starting construction on 2 more properties and are already signing people up and have great interest. The houses will be set up pretty much the same, so you can see what you're getting by checking out the Point House. Each house will only have 22 weeks available for sale. They will be sold in 2 week lots, and members can put combine their 2 weeks or separate them. Members will enjoy the house and use of a boat with a captain to take them fishing or diving, and access to the many white sandy beaches close by.

Abaco fishing and diving club is open to business who would like to use our properties as perks for employees or entertaining clients. The serentiy our properties offer makes this an ideal location for planning, focusing, and goal setting. Naturally, Abaco Fishing and Diving Club is a great place to come and relax with your family or your group of friends.

Plans are in the works to acquire more property on other islands and in other countries. The members who join in the startup phase will be able rotate between houses at the pre-const. prices. As in all good things - the more value, the higher the price.
